1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using any part of the KEEL platform (keeljobs.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use KEEL. These terms apply to all users, including visitors to the public job and company directories.
2. The service
KEEL provides an AI-powered career intelligence platform for international professionals seeking H1B visa-sponsoring employers in the United States. The platform includes:
- —A searchable directory of H1B sponsoring companies derived from DOL LCA data
- —Active job listings from verified H1B sponsoring employers
- —AI-powered job matching based on your resume and profile
- —AI-generated tailored application materials (resume, cover letter)
- —Daily email digests of relevant job matches
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use KEEL only for personal job search purposes. You may not:
- —Scrape, copy, or redistribute KEEL's job listings, company data, or H1B database in bulk
- —Use automated tools to access the platform beyond normal browser usage
- —Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
- —Upload content that is false, misleading, or belongs to another person
- —Use the platform to conduct any illegal activity
4. Data accuracy disclaimer
H1B sponsorship data is sourced from US Department of Labor public LCA disclosure files and is provided for informational purposes only. Historical sponsorship does not guarantee future sponsorship. Company circumstances, hiring policies, and visa programs can change at any time.
KEEL makes no warranty that any company listed will sponsor your specific visa application. Always verify sponsorship directly with the employer before applying or making employment decisions.
5. AI-generated content
KEEL uses AI to generate resume summaries, cover letters, job match scores, and gap analyses. This content is generated automatically and should be reviewed carefully before use. You are responsible for the accuracy of any materials you submit to employers.
AI-generated content does not constitute legal or immigration advice. For visa-specific guidance, consult a qualified immigration attorney.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Some KEEL features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Free tier features (public job and company directory) remain free and do not require an account.
7. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
KEEL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any employment outcomes, visa decisions, or losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to KEEL in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of KEEL after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
