Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you use Google OAuth, your Google profile name. We do not collect payment information until you subscribe.
Resume data. When you upload a resume, we store the original PDF file and an AI-generated structured profile (skills, experience, visa status). This data is used exclusively to match you with relevant job listings.
Job interaction data. We record which job matches you view and which materials you generate, in order to improve match quality over time.
2. How we use your information
- —To operate the matching engine and deliver daily job match emails
- —To generate tailored application materials (resume, cover letter) on demand
- —To improve the accuracy of our AI matching and gap analysis
- —To send transactional emails (match digests, account notifications)
- —We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising
3. Public data
H1B sponsorship data displayed on KEEL (company names, approval counts, LCA filings) is sourced from the US Department of Labor's public disclosure database. This information is already publicly available under the Freedom of Information Act. We do not enhance or augment this data with private information.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Resume files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate KEEL:
- SupabaseDatabase and authentication
- Google Gemini APIResume parsing and job gap analysis
- ResendTransactional email delivery
- VercelHosting and infrastructure
6. Your rights
You have the right to:

- —Request deletion of your account and all associated data

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of KEEL after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
