As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities: • Apply deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust software components that meet project requirements. • Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment. • Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. • Engage with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives and priorities. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and technologies. • This role requires 5 days away per quarter mandate by the client • This role requires working on-site at the client’s office three days per week.
